Brand New Eyes is the third album by American Alternative rock band Paramore, released September 29, 2009 through Fueled by Ramen in the United States and Canada.
The album was produced by Rob Cavallo and recorded in Hidden Hills, California from January to March, 2009.[5] It topped the charts in many countries across the world including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom, making it the band's most successful album to date.
Walk the Line, Cheltenham's multi-venue music festival, is returning for it's second year on October 1st and 2nd 2010. The musical talent on show includes David Ford, The Dawn Chorus, 6 Day Riot, The Strange Death of Liberal England, My First Tooth, Luke Leighfield, Jim Lockey ; the Solemn Sun, Thrill Collins and many more.

The festival also includes music industry debates featuring many of the key figures in the local music scene. The shows will be taking place at The Frog & Fiddle, Boogie Lounge, The Railway Inn and D-Fly in Cheltenham.
Grinderman 2 continues the animal theme; this time, the cover star is a lone wolf, let loose in a marble bathroom. Which suits the change in mood, the priapic desperation of the first album having been supplanted by ravenous malevolence. "Kitchenette" offers seduction with a side order of threat ("I'll stick my fingers in your biscuit jar and crush all your gingerbread men"),
Jason Mraz is an American singer-songwriter, born and raised in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Mraz's stylistic influences include reggae, pop, rock, folk, jazz, bossa nova and hip hop.
Born and raised in Cleburne County, Arkansas, she learned music from her father, a fiddler and singing teacher. She collected and sang traditional ballads throughout her life, usually unaccompanied. Introduced to a wider public by folklorist John Quincy Wolfe and musicologist Alan Lomax, Riddle recorded extensively, and claimed to be able to perform over 500 songs.
Louise Attaque is a French chanson/folk rock group founded in 1994. Several of the group's albums were produced by Gordon Gano, lead singer of The Violent Femmes, a band whom Louise Attaque often cites as an influence and for whom their own band is named.
Teng's musical style incorporates folk, pop, classical piano, and a cappella. She uses piano as her primary instrument and writes lyrics with emotion, narrative, and personal history. Teng is a baseline alto, but sings over a wide range.
Inland Territory marks Vienna Teng entering into the group of female singer-songwriters that includes Amos, Regina Spektor, and Neko Case. Her voice and her musical expression capture a full range of emotions through pleasing storytelling and soothing harmonies.
The Pierce sisters were born two years apart in Birmingham, Alabama. They traveled frequently and received home-schooling from their self-described hippie parents. Their father played the guitar in various bands, while their mother was a painter. Exposed to music and arts at an early age, the Pierce sisters grew up listening to Joni Mitchell and Simon & Garfunkel.
Emma Johnson (born 1966, London) is a British clarinetist. In 1984 she won the BBC Young Musician of the Year competition, playing one of Bernhard Crusell's clarinet concertos in the televised final.She won the Young Concert Artists International Auditions in 1991 which led to her New York City recital debut at Carnegie hall.
Tony Joe White (born July 23, 1943, Oak Grove, Louisiana) is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist best known for his 1969 hit "Polk Salad Annie"; "Rainy Night in Georgia", which he wrote but was firstly made popular by Brook Benton in 1970; and "Steamy Windows", a hit for Tina Turner in 1989. "Polk Salad Annie" was also recorded by Elvis Presley and Tom Jones.
Tabla Beat Science is a musical group founded in 1999 by Zakir Hussain and Bill Laswell. Its style consists of a mixture of Hindustani music, Asian Underground, Ambient, Drum and Bass, and Electronica. Laswell met with Karsh Kale (who had worked together with Bill for years), and they later teamed up with Talvin Singh and Trilok Gurtu. All six have written for Tabla Beat Science's music.
