With her sweet voice and her personal vision of music and writing, Camille enjoyed real success in France, where she won two awards at the 2006 Victoires de la Musique for Le fil, one for best album and one for best tour.

Camille’s third studio album Music Hole, released in March 2008, shows a key turn in her career: it is mostly sung in English.
“In Music Hole, I tried to mix the story-telling, “chansons” feel from musicals with something more tribal: body percussions, minimalist trance, sub bass and throat singing” says Camille.
