Twilight is a love story between a human and a vampire. Lots of action in this modern day tale. After being sent to live with her father in the sleepy little town of Forks, Washington, Bella Swan who is a little different, does not expect much excitement.
She meets a new boy, the mysterious and very good looking Edward Cullen, he is different too. And that is the beginning of a passionate but different romance. But all is not happy for the couple, Cullen's enemies come to town and the drama begins.
This is the first movie from the book series from author Stephanie Meyer. The series are very popular books with for young adults. Sales exceeding 50 million copies worldwide since the Twilight debut in 2004 and over 7.7 million copies sold in the U.S. alone. I hope the days come easy and the moments pass slow, and each road leads you where you wanna go, and if you're faced with a choice, and you have to choose, I hope you choose the one that means the most to you. And if one door opens to another door closed, I hope you keep on walkin' till you find the window, if it's cold outside, show the world the warmth of your smile. But more than anything, more than anything...
My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to, your dreams stay big, your worries stay small, You never need to carry more than you can hold, and while you're out there getting where you're getting to, I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too, Yeah, this, is my wish.
I hope you never look back, but you never forget, all the ones who love you, in the place you left,
I hope you always forgive, and you never regret, and you help somebody every chance you get, Oh, you find God's grace, in every mistake, and always give more than you take. But More than anything, yeah, more than anything...

Yeah.

I love mp3s, they are cool because you can put them on your computer or play them on your mp3 player. They are much more portable then other formats of music.
So I am always looking for cool places to get legal high quality mp3s. Mp3 blogs are a great place to get mp3s from. As we go along I plan on reviewing a few of my favorite mp3 blogs.
But I want to start off with a couple of mp3 aggregators. I posted this on the side bar also.
I was watching this video and debating if I should post it. I like it but it's just a young lady playing a ukelle. But when she did the little shout out to Gnarls Barkly's Crazy that pushed me over the line.
This young lady has a lot of talant and I would love to see one of her shows live.
I'm not a huge Linkin Park fan like some of the other people I know, but when it comes to their songs "Numb" and "Numb Encore" I really like them. I guess it's because when I was in High School(or whatever) I actually felt like I could relate to this song. Of course now that I think about it there are a lot of songs that I thought related to me in High School that I don't think relate to me now.
This is Numb
and this is Numb Encore
For those of you who don't know the only thing different(besides the music video) is that in the Encore version Linkin Park is doing it with Jay-Z and he's the one doing the most singing. Numb Encore also opened my eyes to Jay-Z. After I listened to that I liked him a lot more then I used to and started to apprieciate rap just a little more then I used to.
I thought since today is Sunday I'd put up a little gospel music. I don't know much about Gospel music so I'm sorry if at first it's not very good, I'm sure it'll be better as I go along. This is Kelly Price doing a tribute to Yolanda Adams She sings a medley of "In the Midst of It All" and "The Battle Is the Lord's". Hope you guys like it!
I love this clip so much that I post it every chance that I get. Sister Rosetta Tharpe is one of my gospel music favorites, and this particular song has a special meaning to me because I was in the Navy for twenty years. And "I ain't gonna study war no more."
OK GO is one of those bands I just happened to stumble upon, I never really liked them at first. I didn't even know about them until I saw their dance video on the News. I was so surprised I didn't find out about them sooner because I watch videos on YouTube everyday and that's supposedly how they got famous.
I thought there dance videos were cool as you can see for yourself and many people tried to recreate them(I could make blog posts on things like that and I'm not just talking one or two). When I found out they could actually sing which was shortly after I saw their dance videos it didn't take me much time to get hooked on them. I would tell you what my favorite is, but truth be told I don't really have one. Because I don't want this Blog post to go on forever I'll just give you one. It's called "Invincible" and when I listen to it I truly feel that way. I guess it's because I always get the feeling they're singing to me(even if they aren't.
This gives me an idea for a new musical instrument. What if someone built a typewriter that was built as a musical instrument, like if the roller head was like a guitar pick up.
Or the roller head could be like a drum head or a each key could be tuned in someway to produce a note. Then it would not be just a procussion instrument.
I was watching MTV when I first heard of Paolo Nutini, I thought his song "New Shoes" was the best. I don't know why, but it always makes me happy when I listen to it even when I'm sad at first. The song is telling me that you can be happy with even the smallest things, whether it's a new pair of shoes or just someone smiling at you.
I know their are a lot of people out there who love Nickelback, so this is pretty much in honor of them. In High School I used to listen to their songs all the time, in a way I still do. The very first time I saw them was on TV, I don't really remember which song they were singing all I know is that it was AWESOME. When it comes to Nickelback songs this is my favorite, I love the Music Video and the song it's self. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do, it's called "Someday".
I was coming home from an AWESOME time with one of my friends when I heard this song playing on the radio. I've heard it before and it's one of my favorites, so I thought it would be pretty cool if I put it on the Blog for everyone else to hear. It's called "I don't want to miss a thing" by Aerosmith.
I don't really remember when I started liking Edwin McCain, I just remember I used to listen to his song "I'll be" a lot. I don't know why, but I really like it and think it's really beautiful. Everyone probably feels this way about somebody, either that or they want somebody to feel this way about them.
I remember back when I was in High school I used to listen to this song all the time on the Radio. Most of the people who listen to Click Five nowadays probably won't remember this, so just consider it a tribute to their old days. This song is called "Just The Girl"
Since we're living in a time where every teenage girl you know is in love with the Jonas Brothers I decided to post some of their music videos up. My friend really likes this song, it's called "When You look me in the eyes" This is the Original version of the song, It's softer then the newer version and is sung by Kevin.
This is the Newer version of the song and the one my friend likes the most. This one is sung by Joe.
A Hang [haŋ] (pronunciation between the vowel sounds in the word 'Hot' and 'Hungry') is a melodious percussive steel musical instrument created in Switzerland. It uses some of the same physical principles as a steel drum. That being said there has been much metallurgical and acoustic research by the makers which have led to significant changes in structure, design, and process.
Hey. This is Kim, the other half of K&K Music Blog. I decided to start this blog with my Dad because not only do we both like music, but I've been bugging him for as long as I can remember to do something with me. So I guess in a way this is it. I hope you have as much fun reading this as we do making it.
First of all I am Kim's dad. We wanted to share with the world our taste in music. I write a couple of music blogs and wanted to work with my daughter on one. I think it will be fun as we go along to share music with each other and with you all.
