Born in the south of France, Flossie has lived in Darlington for some years and the resulting accent is a joy to behold. “Why is it funny when I say ‘dumped’ but not funny when you say it?” The fun and frivolity should not hide the fact that she is a great singer with a voice that has been described as being ‘as clear and tuneful as a lark’.
